Salad for June 29 pick up (GF/Vegetarian)
Mixed greens with dates, toasted almonds, goat cheese and sherry vinaigrette.
With the option to add an eight ounce grilled chicken breast OR a six ounce grilled salmon* fillet. Salmon is cooked medium rare to medium and is served chilled. Feel free to heat if you prefer your salmon warm with your salad.
Our salads feature locally grown lettuce from Davidson Family Growers, and they hold well for several days in the refrigerator. Dressings are always served on the side, but feel free to put a note with your order if you would like any of the other toppings on the side.
Pick up Wednesday between 3 and 6pm in front of the Bushnell Building, Fountain entrance, near the 'Greetings from Springfield' mural. Call us when you arrive and we will deliver curbside. 937-521-1200
