salmon over Mediterranean orzo

Grilled salmon over a bed of Mediterranean inspired orzo pasta with roasted tomatoes, olives, feta, spinach and a Greek style vinaigrette. 
 
This meal is best when enjoyed within the first couple of days. It is served in a microwave safe container, ready to be reheated at your convenience. 
 
Pick-up between 3 and 6pm in front of the Bushnell Building, Fountain entrance, near the 'Greetings from Springfield' mural. Call us when you arrive and we will deliver the food curbside. 937-521-1200
